Does this sound like a good deal?

36/10 residual for an X5 should be 60%, not 61%. .00129 is the base money factor.

Payment seems reasonable. Do you know the selling price or CAP cost?

CAP cost and MSRP are not the same thing.. CAP cost is selling price, plus any additions, minus any downpayment.
