I got a lease offer of $747.53/month 36 months @ 10,000 miles/year. MSRP $61,650 with $1,072.53 due at signing(this includes 1st month payment). Residual 61%, MF 0.00129.
Does this sound like a good deal?

The CAP cost is $61,650. Is there a source on the web you use to find out the residual?

CAP cost and MSRP are not the same thing.. CAP cost is selling price, plus any additions, minus any downpayment.

Where on the web do you find the residual? You just did... right here.
