Subaru Forester - what is the trade in value?

I have 2010 forester 2.5x premium with 42k miles. no stains front two tires need replacing rear original tires with good tread. Maintained at dealer regularly. Only oil change. get an estimate of what is worth now, Subaru guaranteed trade in says 13.1k upto 60k miles. I have lot less miles. thanks.
