Fiat 500e, is anybody buying?
Hi, I am in the market for a Fiat 500e and I am a bit disappointed that there is so little activity here, particularly with respect to prices paid. I realize that it's CA only and they are not selling a large numbers of them, but still. This is the best source of street price information and it's been amazingly useful for past purchases. I hate car dealers in general, without Edmunds they always win because their time is cheaper than mine.
I would expect considerable discounts on the 500e since the dealers seem to have a lot of them in stock---and by "considerable discount" I mean in addition to what they are already offering ($2000 from Fiat and about $800 from the dealer). Also some of the 3-year leases look amazingly low (but I haven't read the fine print).
So any help will be appreciated! I could try to extrapolate from the gas models, but I suspect that the discounts aren't the same, mostly because they are very different cars, but also because the 500e is not exactly a market-driven good.
Thanks!

We have some info on 2014 Fiat 500e leases in this topic, so you might repost there and see if anyone else has the 500e in their sights right now. Some of the posts are from February so perhaps still applicable. At least they'll give you an idea of what's possible in a lease.
