535i lease

Was contacted by BMW dealership - BMW is offering to assume the last 6 months of my current lease if I lease another vehicle. I am looking at another 535i - 2015- with Premium Pkg & Driver Assist. MSRP $59850 includes destination. I would like to put no more than $1000 down (including 1st month's payment). My current vehicle has 12,500 miles of a 30,000 mile lease. I am using 63% resid and .00129 MF. The # I calculate to go for is $568 + tax. Is this a realistic number to work for or is there something better? I appreciate any help you can give me.

    36/12 numbers are .00129 and 63%. We would need to know the cap cost in order to model the payment.

    Up front costs will include first month's payment, bank fee of $795, dealer fee and any state mandated license or tag costs.

    The cap cost is $53,200 - $6000 off of MSRP of 59, 200 with Premium & Park Asst Pkgs. 36/10K. Their price is $635 + $2279 which includes 1st months payment taxed out. My calculations are $575 taxed out. Would you give me your thoughts?

    What is the breakdown of the $2279?

    First months payment of $635 inc tax, transfer tax and bank acquisition/fees totaling $2279.

    I get $559 plus tax. I suspect the net cap cost isn't the same as the selling price. Find out why.
