2015 MDX lease question

I am looking to lease 2015 MDX with tech package awd. Any guidance on how much I should expect all in monthly payments to be assuming I pay $575 bank fee and nothing else up-front?  I am in NY. Any suggestion on who may be offering the most competitive deals currently? Thank yoy.

.00055 MF and 57% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr.

The bank fee is $595.

You'll also have tax and registration/doc fees in NY.

To calculate a payment, we would need an MSRP and the price that you think you can negotiate.

on a 48 month /15k putting down 595.99 your payment is 595.99,

putting 2,000 down your payment is $563.32

putting 3,000 down your payment is 540.06


On a 36 month/15k puttting down 648.30 your payment is 648.30

putting down 2,000 your payment is 607.24

putting down 3,000 your payment is 576.87


The Residual and the money factor is 21842.50 /.00190,

The gross cap cost is 44122.73

the cents per mile overage is : .20

Which model MDX and what is the MSRP?

Is the residual and money factor they quote for the 48 month lease? How about the 36 month numbers?

The 36 month money factor is .00055... .00190 seems really high.

2015 base model. I was given $44,122.73 for both MSRP and gross cap cost.
RV and MF for 48 months. I would need to ask for 36m numbers.
