Financing Incentives and Paying Off Loan Immediately?

Hello. My dealership is offering some cash incentives for financing with them at a higher interest rate. I really just want to pay cash for the car. Can I finance the car, take the incentives, and then pay off the load immediately without a penalty?

It usually takes around 60 days to get your title and lien recorded, and then get the car paid off... .but, yes... you can do it, more or less...
