2010 Insight leaking water

Hi All,
I have a 2010 Insight that is leaking what seems to be water from a spot in the center of the vehicle roughly parallel with the front wheels. I've seen a number of posts suggesting that this is probably just the AC dropping condensed water, except that I haven't used the AC in months.
Can water leak from an AC when it hasn't been turned on for some time?
If it helps, I am 99% sure this is water; it is clear, and has no texture or thickness, and no odor.
Any info will be awesome!!
thanks

There's really no other pure "water" in your car's systems, so if you're certain its water it pretty much has to be from the AC system drain tube. It's also appearing in the exactly right place for an AC drain.5
