Help with identifying old car

I believe this touring van is from around 1909-1915. Can anyone narrow it down further, and perhaps with the name(s) of the company that made such vehicles? Thanks.

One company that built very similar vehicles was White.

The photo shows an open touring bus in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Mirror Lake is now called Lloyd Lake.
