Silverado Grille Replacement/Upgrade Help Needed!!!

I have a Chevy Silverado 2001 4x4 Z71 and I want to get a billet grille for it. Specifically a T-Rex billet grille. When I search for one, I can not find one for the 2001 model but, however when I search for one, billet grilles show up for the 2003 model. Does anyone know if the 2003 model billet grille would fit in the 2001? If i was to get the billet grille for my 2001 would I need to do some cutting or anything else? Would I need to make some modifications? Would I be putting the front of my truck at risk? Please help!!!!

Well they are the same generation of truck but the vendor must have a reason to exclude the 2001 from the design you want. You'll have to call them up. No one would know better than they. TEL: 951 270-5388
