Need some help!!! Looking to purchase 2015 Sentra sv barebones but can't quite find a good number I'm located in SoCal was offered this quote over email but I was just not comfortable with it can someone please let me know what they think?

Live in northern VA, here's what we paid on a 2015 Sentra SL:

Only hickup we had is when the financing guy magically had an extra $90 tacked on somewhere.  After some additional negotiation we settled back on our original 16400 OTD price.
