One day off the lot, and my new PriusV touch screen works intermittently. Problem resolves it self when power is cycled in the vehicle. Is anyone else having this issue? Should we request a new head unit? Feedback appreciated.
Haven't seen anything except NAV updates being implemented. I definitely think this is a warranty issue. Make sure that the problem can be duplicated at the dealer. If it happens only sporadically, take a cellphone video of it happening before you go in.
Yes, we already demonstrated in front of the dealer, at the shop last night. I'm seeing some feedback on "priuschat" concerning this. Temporary work-around seems to be to reboot the head unit (not the vehicle), by holding the radio power button for 3 seconds.
