Lease Question 2015 Honda Accord EX-L?

Hi, Looking for good price to lease honda accord in BROOKLYN, NY, 2015, EX-L4 (no navigation, no extras). Got an offer:
$500 out of pocket (first payment, plates transfer, ...) + $280 for 35 month.
Is it a good deal or couldbe better ?

    We already have a topic for 2015 Accord Leases so I'd suggest you post your question there. Also gather up more info before you post, such as MSRP, Cap Cost and Interest Rate (money rate). That'll help get you a faster and more accurate answer!
