Got back from dealer with below numbers...
MSRP - 48880
Negotiated price - 44189

Lease terms
Downpayment $7000
Duration - 10k miles/36 months
Monthly payment including 2 scheduled service - $390 inclusive taxes

Total cost over 36 months - ~ $21000

I will be getting all documents tomorrow, but looking at above numbers .. is this is a good deal?

    We do not recommend making a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

    The 36/10 lease numbers on the GLK350 4Matic are .00083 and 59%. Using your MSRP and negotiated price, I get a pre-tax payment of $487/mo.
