I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan....218 k,...runs well.....it's been about 60 to 70k since last tune up....other than spark plugs and wires, oil change, fuel and air filter, and pcv, should anything else need to be done?.......should I have the ignition coil changed too? thanks!

If you have no symptoms of a bad coil (stalling, misfire, hard starts, backfire) and there's no visual signs of deterioration (carbon tracking, spark jumping), then I wouldn't change it (them).

If you're concerned, these coils aren't very expensive, so you could buy one to have on hand. I think Rock Auto has 'em for around 30 bucks.
