Should I gamble & wait until May 12, 2015 to get a better lease deal on the 2015 Pilot?

Honda dealers are stating that you must take delivery of your 2015 Honda Pilot by May 11, 2015 in order to get the current lease specials. Since the newly designed 2016 Honda Pilot is going to be introduced in June(one month away), I am assuming that the lease deals should be better on the 2015s the closer we get to JUNE. I know that the inventory will dwindle but wondering if it will be worth the gamble financially?
Can anyone tell me from past experience or just a plain hunch what they think will happen?

Will the deals get significantly worse? Doubtful. But, I'm not sure they'll get a whole lot better either.

As you've noted, the longer you wait, the better the odds are of not getting the color or trim level you want. That's the downside of waiting for clearance pricing.
