Dealer Lease Offer- What's the Catch?

I have just completed year 2 of a 3 year lease on my 2013 Honda Odyssey.

The Honda dealer e-mailed me the following offer:

"Honda Vehicle Exchange Offer"
1- Swap my 2013 Odyssey for a new 2015 model.
2- No money down.
3- Lower monthly payments than currently paying.

How is this possible?

Deep discounts on the 2015 model and a possible over allowance on the trade.

Without the specific numbers, it's hard to say for sure.

they are just luring you to come to dealership.. you will have to go through trade-in etc

Pretty simple...your 2013 Odyssey has held it's resale value well and the payment may be lower but the term will be extended to who knows how many months!
