GTI, CR-V, or BMW3?

I'm pushed way past my starting budget, considering a used 2015 GTI Autobahn. At that price, you can get some nice CRV's.... or some low mileage 2013+ bmw 3's. 44 freeway miles commute a day. 4 person family (Sienna is the hauler). Want to love being in my car. Car guys? I'm killing myself over here.

I sure wouldn't pick the CR-V out of those choices. My pick would be the GTI.

But, I really love GTIs, so take that for what it's worth.

I love the GTI also (2013 Wolfsberg). Why don't they offer GTI S Performance in America? Because it adds 1200 to the car and the hatch market is pure HP/$ right now.... Can't get the real seats on any other

Any particular reason the CR-V would be out of the question? Other than the fact that it has [non-permissible content removed]?

CR-Vs have always been great vehicles. I drove two of them for a total of 10 years.

But, if I want a fun car that I'll love to drive every day? That isn't the one.
