Any feedback on if these are in the right ballpark?

I'm in Ohio if it matters.

.00090 MF and 63% residual are correct, if the lease term is 36mo, 10K/yr.

Can't comment on your CAP cost as you haven't included the MSRP. There is a $2300 incentive on this model.
