What trim level? AWD or FWD?

MF=.0041, 36 months, residual= 28,884
Monthly payment = $496

With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $484.58.

Where do you live and what tax rate is it?

Price just went down to $489. I live in northern NJ.

Due at signing are first month's lease payment ($489) and DMV charges (around $350). The taxes are included in the $489 price. Is this a good deal?

Given that my payment was $485 before tax and yours of $489 is with tax I would say yes.
