Need a service & maintenance log for 2013 Mini Cooper S convertible

Just purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper S convertible, it had the owners manual in it but was missing the service & maintenance log which I understand came with the car when new. I have contacted Mini USA, the local dealer with no luck. Can anyone direct me to someone or some company that has or sells them? I would like to keep good records of this car.
