Lease 2015 GTI 4 door SE

Just leased 2105 4dr Gti SE. Lease is 36/10 and my payment is 365/mo. I used USAA to get purchase price and negotiated from there. I put zero money down including first pmt. I feel like I got a really great deal but want to confirm.

    Does the payment include tax? Which state?

    If that payment of 365 a month includes tax - that looks like a good deal. However, its only for 10k miles a year - so I am curious to know from others as well.
