Did I get a good Lease Deal on a 2015 Crosstrek?

Was wondering what you folks thought about this deal. 36/12K - .00126 MF and residual 58%.

Sale Price = 23449

Down payment (incl first month) = $380 and then $309 X 35 months.

    Thanks for the quick response. The MSRP is 24,818 and its the premium with auto trans and popular package 2
    58% and .00126 are the lease numbers. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $299.20. If your $309/mo is with tax, then you are doing quite well.
