Getting quotes for a 2016 MDX Ent/Tech. packages, 36mo/10K.... first payment down, $52K, down to 45K and getting $625/mo... seems high based on what I am reading... In Dallas, TX.

Did the money factor changed in the month of June for 2016 MDX Ent/Tech (36/12). Dealer in VA said the Cap cost the final sale price including the Vechile +Tax+processing fee and acquisition fee. Is this correct.

No changes for June.

The CAP cost includes everything that you don't pay at signing.

.00141 MF and 62% residual.

Lease taxes are high in Texas.. To calculate properly, you need the CAP cost, not just the selling price.

Cap cost is $48,422. $595 acquisition fee. 

Thoughts?

I get $563/mo. with the base MF, $595/mo with your money factor.

If you have top tier credit, then they are marking up the money factor..

It did change... Came down in June and ended up much better... 544. Thanks!  Never again will I sit with a finance guy and hear my payment is going DOWN from what I agreed upon...
