Additional costs - license + doc fee

what is the additional costs for the car in the seattle, wa area?

the dealer is saying additional $950 on top of car price + destination handling.

he said license + doc fee . also mentioned prommit, not sure what this is. can you please help here.

    The doc fee is pure profit for the dealer.

    The license costs probably go to the state for your license plates and registration tags.

    Don't know what "prommit" refers to.
