What is a BG FULL SYNTHETIC ATF VALVE BODY LOWER? I'm being told I need to replace this.

I don't know for sure, but ATF usually means automatic transmission fluid. So, I'd guess it has something to do with your transmission.

Is there any other information with the recommendation for some service? Is the vehicle displaying any operational symptoms?
