Wipers won't turn off when weather is warm.

When I use my windshield washer fluid and the wipers automatically turn on, they will not shut off when it is warm or hot outside. Is it a relay or a switch issue?

    Being temperature related, I'd guess (and it's only a guess) that it is relay related. If you can get to the relay box and can switch out the wiper relay with an adjacent one with EXACTLY the same part #, that might be a cheap way to diagnose.

    I was thinking more about this and figured there must be a timer involved too. Would that be an issue also?
