No Dash Lights, heater, blinkers or wipers.

Recently, I changed out my power steering unit, everything went fine, except I touched the starter with the wrench in the wrong place and it sparked. I disconnected the battery and finished. However, it started up fine, but now the Dash lights, heater, wipers and signal lights are not working. Help?

    Check all your fuses and especially your fusible links. I suspect you've blown one or more of them.
