    As a 2015 Macan owner, I'd agree that your employee got a great deal!

    I certainly wouldn't hold it against Edmunds if they offered employees a better deal on cars being sold from their own fleet. Lots of organizations offer "Employee Pricing" as a perk. Doesn't make the TMV calculation for the overall model any more or less valid.

    Even when you end up selling to an employee, as suggested in an earlier comment it still would have been nice to see a CarMax quote since you use them quite a bit and they seem to be in line with what many sellers could expect to see on a trade-in. Congrats to the new owner.
