All gauger in my 2002 Ranger don't work after I replaced the battery.

I replace the battery in a 2002 Ranger ,now the odometer,voltmeter,temperature gauge does not work, can anyone help please?

    Please forgive the obvious answer but first thing to check would be the fuses and any fusible links.
