Good Deal? 2015 BMW Demo 328xi Lease

Hi Folks - first timer.
So I have a 2013 BMW 328xi, 36mo lease, 45k miles. Still have 8 payments left. Put $4500 down and paying $530 a month. I'm at 46k miles already. No equity. Buyout $31k.
I was presented to pull ahead and get into a "new" 2015 BMW DEMO (or executive) 328xi LEASE. This car has 6.7k miles on it. Monthly payment of $499 with $1500 down.
MSRP: $51,000, Residual 60%, MF 0.00129, Term 36mo/15k, Net Cap Price: $40,482 (Cash due at delivery - $1,500 all in)
Payment $499, includes tax.
The dealer said for every $500 I put in, it will lower by $15.
Is this a good deal? Thanks in advance.

Agree with the comment about down payment lowering your monthly payment - but we don't recommend you do that. If the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.
