Leasing Help- 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i

Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out what I should pay for a 36 month/10k mile lease for an automatic Subaru Forester 2.5i. Zip code is 11217 (NYC). I've been quoted everything from $1000 down @ $340/month to $2000 down @ $273/month. I'm having a hard time figuring out what a reasonable monthly payment should be- ideally, I'd like to be at $250/month with no more than $1500 down. Any thoughts?
