Lease Price in FL - Help Please

Hi All,

I own several Lexuses and getting another one for lease in Florida. Seems there is a program for students (1k discount)

2015 Lexus IS 250 F Sport (w/NAVI)
24 months lease - 12k Miles
Total out of pocket - 3700 (includes first month payment and multiple security deposit) - only 700 going towards all costs
Multiple Security Deposits total - 2700 (refundable)

295$ a month including tax
