2015 E400 Cabriolet trunk not shut smoothly

When I open and close the convertible top the truck is very loud and does not shut smoothly. MB has greased the hinges but I don't think it is the hinges. Thanks

    Must be some kind of alignment problem. Do the seems all around the trunk, when closed, look perfectly even? When closed, does the trunk sit a little above the fenders?
