Honda CR-V EX-L FWD No Nav Price

Hey gentlemen, Just got a firm quote from the internet sales manager (FORT WORTH AREA HONDA DEALER) for a 2015 CRV EX-L FWD No Nav for $25,300 before dealer adds and TT&L.....all day long. Said I could likely get the dealer adds: Pro-Pack - (Wheel Locks, Mud Flaps, Cargo Tray), Body Side Moldings, and Window Tint for $25,900 before TT&L (Tax 6.25% = $1,618.75) (title, registration, doc fees, dealer inv tax - all for $275)

Drive out = $27,793.75 Deal or No deal?? Thoughts please??
