How does this lease deal sound? 2015 Lexus IS250 AWD msrp $44843. deal is 425 month 36 months 12000 miles $3500 out of pocket including 1st month payment. This deal also includes the dealer paying off an old vehicle that is probably worth about 2500-3000 less than payoff (trade in value). Thanks in advance

    What is the selling price? What is the breakdown of the $3500 due at signing?

    On the surface, $425/mo for a car that stickers at almost $45K seems like a good deal, but the devil is in the details.
