Can any July rebates be combined with 0% APR?

A dealer just told me that none of the rebates can be combined with the promo 0% APR, but some of the wording makes me think at least the retail bonus cash is still valid... Specifically the promo APR terms state "Bonus Cash must be applied as a down payment" which seems to imply that at minimum the $1000 retail bonus cash is still available. Hoping to buy later this week, would love to hear from someone who can answer this definitively! I was quoted 33k before tax/tag/title for a 2WD 2.0T w/Ultimate package, this is after rebates of course. Seems like a good deal, would love any input.
