HELP... with Q50 lease

Hi I live in So. Cal. and my current G37 lease is going to be up in early August. I am Way over my current alloted mileage by 11,000mi.
I explained this to my local dealer and they said they would work with me on rolling that into a new Q50 lease.
Here is what they are offering. I don't know if it's good or bad or how to figure this out. Is there something else I should request or ask of them?
Please Help!! I want to complete a deal by end of day tomorrow.

Those are the base rates..

It's a decent deal, but they are just rolling all of your charges over. .it's not like they are absorbing them.

How is your mileage going to change on this lease? No point in leasing for 15K/yr, if you can't stay under that.
