I spoke with a salesman in WI re lease options on a 2016 Kia Sorento EX 2L Turbo. I've listed the options below and am looking to see which, if any, of the deals seems a good one.

Deal 1: MSRP $33925; Adjusted Cap Cost $31,093; MF .00092; RV 61%. They're asking $594 in upfront costs for $353 per month (tax included)

Deal 2: MSRP $33,925; Adjusted Cap Cost $29,313; MF .00092; RV 61%. They're asking $2400 in upfront costs for $300 per month (tax included)

If your tax rate is 5-6%, then the calculations are correct. They are both the same deal. The payment only changes because you are paying more of it upfront.

The money factor and residual are also correct. This model has $1500 lease cash.
If you are happy with the selling price, the rest of it looks good.
