Money factor and residual on lease

A3 Sedan 1.8T FWD S-Tronic
MSRP 34095.00
residual 19775
36 months 7500 miles per year ( I have a short commute)
348.48 per month before tax - 369.86 total payment
they covered the first month payment
$1500 down
Selling price 31255.48
Gross cap cost = 33577.48
I think I got jerked on the fees/add ons - hoping at least the money factor is reasonable.

If the $1500 is all for CAP reduction, I get a payment around $358/mo.+tax.. so, it looks like you did okay.

Not sure if the $1500 was all CAP reduction - in the 'Itemization of Amount due at Signing " the CAP cost reduction is listed at $1503 then various other fees ( sales tax, first payment, elec filing, battery fee etc) for a total of $2250 which equals the $1500 plus the $750 incentive.
Upon further review of the docs Adjusted CAP cost is 32073.71 accounting for the $1503.77
All of this is mindboggling, but I am learning
