I have a 2010 Chrysler Sebring touring, When the AC is on it sometimes blows cold on the passenger side and warm on the driver side and sometimes warm in bothe areas. There is also a clicking sound coming from the fan by the glove box. This is not a dual control AC. Any sggestions would help?

Sounds like you might have a malfunctioning blend door actuator. Why don't you hook up a scan tool and see if it picks up something specific to the HVAC system?
