GMC fuel relay

I am havin fuel pump relay problems. I have revamped entire fuel system. Cleaned tank, replaced fuel pump and filter. Ran great for a week. Relay went bad, I replaced. Ran fine for ten min. No fuel. Relay hot to the touch. No fuses blown. Help please.

    My bad , that's pretty important info to forget in a post. Lol

    88 gmc v1500 4x4 5.7 TBI
    the vehicle left me stranded yesterday. I returned to it this morning and it fired right up. In going to let it run for a while and see. It would appear my problem is the relay overheats.

    Okl, found a ground issue. Fixed it. Ran great all day. Let it sit a couple hours and went to start it. Nothing. Tried switching relays, nothing. Still no fuses blown and no fuel.

    93 gmc 1500 5.7 tbi gets fuel and spark but won't start

    Have you checked injector pulse? If you "checked" the fuel only by releasing pressure on the fuel rail, that's not thorough enough.
