August 2015 Genesis lease terms

i am in Denver where it appears the deepest discounting exist for the nation got the Genesis. I am looking at a 3.8 AWD Ultimate. MSRP 52,500+/-. Edmunds Price promise discount is about $6500. I will qualify for the Conquest rebate of $1500 taking cap cost down to $44,500 or so. What are the current MF and residuals being used by Hyundai for 12 and 15k miles per year?
