Switch from A4 2014 lease to Q5 2015 lease..?

I need some help/advices/suggestions...
I have A4 2014 in lease(36/15k) about 1year. I want to switch to Q5 2015.
Is it possible that a dealer could take my A4 and give me Q5?
Should I pay something if I return A4 before the end of lease?
What could be a realistic offer for Q5 2015 Premium Plus 2.0 for 36/12k(Illinois) now?
I'll be appreciate for any advices or help..

    Most likely, it will be cost-prohibitive to trade out of your lease, 2 years early.

    You can ask a dealer for a quote, but I don't think you are going to like it.
