Question Leasing 2015 RX 350 in Los Angeles

Hello,

Wondering if I am getting a good lease deal from our local dealer. We are in Los Angeles, CA.

2015 RX 350 Retail Price is $50,643 and we negotiated to get it at about $46,500.
$2000 down and only 7,500 miles a year/36 months. Monthly payment is at $416 a month. This is with top tier credit score.

Does this look like a good deal? Seems like with the miles so low, we might not be getting the best price.

The deal looks good.. Leases are a more efficient way of acquiring a car at mileage allowances of 12K/yr or 15K/yr, though. Of course, no point in taking a higher allowance and higher price, if you don't need the miles.
