Better lease terms?

Good morning! I’m trying to figure out where I can improve the lease quote I have on a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in California. Please let me know what should be improved (and how much). Thanks!!!

Months – 36 (don’t want to do more)
MSRP – $37,720
Cap Cost – $34,809
Annual Miles – 10K
RV – 62%
Lease End Value – $23,386.40
Recent Grad incentive - $500
Trade-in Allowance - $500
MF - .00215
Base Lease Amount - $428.32

Also, there is an additional 9% CapTax on either the $500 grad incentive or trade-in allowance. The build-date on this car is November 2014 so it's one of the older ones on the lot.

Please let me know what can be improved. Thanks again.

Not sure you can do any better. $3K off MSRP seems pretty good on an Unlimited.
