September Lease Numbers?

I'm going to lease an MDX w/ Tech package, 36 month/10k miles

I got several quotes, but the best so far is:

MSRP: $52,100
MF: .00053
Residual: 60%
$1059 drive-off (including 1st month)
$527/month including tax
Selling price of $45,400 (b/f acquisition fee)

Is this something I should jump on? Or wait until month end?

2016: .00063 MF and 60% residual is correct for 36/10.

Those numbers are good through November 2nd, so no hurry

Don't know the market, but that looks like a pretty big discount.
