So far as I know, BMW does not offer an 'official' lease pull-ahead program, so the remaining payments on your current lease have to be accounted for - 5 months (?) at $654, or $3270.

We need to know the selling price of the new car and miles per year to fully evaluate your deal.

$654/mo for a car that stickers at $56K is just OK; if you check out the 5-series lease discussion, you'll see folks who have done better than that.

If the dealer is applying the remaining payments to your new lease, that alone is adding $91/mo to your payment.

Sounds like a horrible deal to me based on the great deals on the leftover 535's. I am paying less than that for a 535x with an MSRP of above $66,000.00.
