2015 RX 350 Lease - Residuals and MF change from Oct 1

Illinois - 36M/12K Current offer is 60% Residual and 0.00060 MF
Residual is expected to decrease
And MF is also expected to decrease
What are they expected to change to ?
Close the deal before Oct 1 or not?

    They keep delaying the 2016 which probably means they have too many 15's left still. My friend was offered zero down 10k year at $360 Inc tax for a base RX350. This is in Socal.
