Halogen headlights are standard for car headlights and what came with your model. That's exactly what you should be looking for.t_r_kelly2 said:Hello, I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee that needs the headlights replaced, along with the metal housing behind it as well as the adjustment screws. I have been searching online for the past three weeks and the only headlights I come across are Halogen and I cant seem to find any non-halogen replacement headlights. So my question is, I heard that Halogen lights are good for the money, however, they produce a lot of heat and take a lot of energy to turn on and maintain. I am nervous that the lights will fry some wires or the electrical harness as well as mess the battery up because it is a older battery and it is getting closer to winter so the Jeep takes a lot of battery to get started and run anyways. I hope you can help me!
