I'd appreciate any help in seeing if this is a decent deal on a GLE 350 as the car is new:
And is it worth prepaying for maintenance?

To do the calculations, we would need to know your state/tax rate.

Usually, if you purchase the maintenance program from Mercedes, they will add that amount to the the MSRP and residualize it. That is very cost-effective.

I get $526 a month when I plug the numbers in, but I can't imagine they would come down that much. Am I missing some other costs?

$795 for acquisition fee.. $600-$700 for title/registration/doc fee..

It's always a good idea to ask for the CAP cost and a breakdown of your upfront money.
